Frequently Asked Questions

What if I've never worked out before?

That’s completely okay. Many of our members started with zero gym experience. Your coach will walk you through every movement and modify every exercise to your level. You won’t be thrown into anything you’re not ready for.

What if I have bad knees, a bad back, or other joint issues?

Our coaches are trained to work around limitations, not through them. During your initial assessment, you’ll walk us through any injuries or concerns so we can adjust your program from day one.

When does it start?

The program starts Monday, April 20th.

What will be required of me?

We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results.

 

What happens after the 4 weeks?

If you love it (and we think you will), you can roll right into an ongoing Legacy membership and keep the momentum going.
